Honoo・Miyashita Yuu・Ao ni aruku「english translation WIP」
Photographs of burnt ruins,
I collect them and put them away.
The flame I had seen in the distance long ago
was there
Scorched, warped fingertips,
the glimmer of molten glass
How much form can a thought leave behind
You are still alive within the flames
as if you have forgotten even your sorrows.
You look at me curiously through narrowed eyes
Stepping upon ashes,
the fragile affections.
My chest bursts open,
Coming undone, disintegrates
The scent of your scorched hair
Sustains me
You too, are burning so completely
You are still alive within the flames
The heat melts away the outstretched hand
You stand smothered by words you don't understand
A painless heat,
turning blue, then white hot
You are still alive within the flames
as if you have forgotten even your sorrows.
With a curious expression, you laughed
You are still alive within the flames
The tailwind only burns everything away
You are
still burning
Even so, you live on
