Recently, I have been getting a sense that my views and moral values clash with others, especially in the recent years.
In this song, I wanted to embody the way that moral values, which can be seen as "guidelines for considering others," turn into incoherent insanity that can result in beating others to a pulp.
Since madness can also be taken to mean hell, I took the name of the song from the Russian word "ад (read: art)," which means hell.
During the creation of the piece, I thought that art would finally be completed when Yu Miyashita's song was displayed on top of the madness.
I have a habit of piling up instruments to fill in the blank spaces, but this inevitably leads to the addition of ani-song-like elements, so I decided on the roles of each part and used only the minimum number of tones.
I wanted to create a pop song with an eerie atmosphere, so I based it on a cover of my song "Grimhild" by Yu Miyashita, which had previously been posted on the internet.
I had often listened to Yu Miyashita's covers of "I love, I love, I love" and "JINGO JUNGLE," so I wanted to bring out the Yu Miyashita style in this song, and I was conscious of making sure that his "breathiness" was reflected in the music.
