The song is based on the assumption that "the events and characters that occur in the song exist only when we are replaying the song," and the meaning of life of the protagonist, who gains self-awareness as the same story repeats itself. The title "Rebirth" refers to the "rebirth" of our music.
The title "rebirth" is a combination of the act of playing music and the "re-birth" of the characters in the song, which has happened many times before and will happen many times again in the future.
I think that the lyrics of this song will be more interesting if you look at them with an awareness that the protagonist is not the only one involved in the story of this song, much less in the world of creation.
I wanted to express one of the themes of the song, "the ego (bug, error) that grows in a person in the world of creation," so I used a lot of irregular time signatures and included parts where the sound suddenly stops and noise-like sounds are interspersed.
The sound of rain that falls incessantly in reality is also glitched, suggesting an unreal and man-made world.
The song is a sharp piece of music with complex rhythms and melodies to complement the delicate and beautiful voice of Yu Miyashita. We would be happy if everyone could feel that this song is a song of Yu Miyashita's, and no one else's.

The second person I met was "Rebirth (lyrics, music, arrangement by Somari).
In the past, I would sing emotionally charged lyrics without putting any emotion into them, but this time I chose to make the lyrics more emotional. The songs in this album made me realize my own existence, which had been asleep for a long time.
Now that I think about it, the fact that the tenth and final song is called "Rebirth" seems to be connected to the feelings contained in "The Door I Found".
Rebirth, as the name implies, is the process of regaining life and spiritual rebirth after a period of decline and death.
From rebirth, the protagonist of a story that starts from zero can become any color. This album is a palpable example of such heightened expectations.

What did you discover in “Saisei”?
I think that in the past, I would have chosen not to express emotion with my voice to deliver the emotional lyrics and performed the number with a detached tone. But the person who wrote the track, Somari, explained their take on it and also shared what kinds of songs inspire their own songwriting, and that helped me interpret “Saisei” in a completely different way from how I normally would have done. I figured I should change my take accordingly, so I decided to put more emotion into my singing this time.
