This time, we wrote "Superstition, insignificant" for Yuu Miyashita, which is based on the theme of "melancholy".
When creating this song, I thought about what kind of song would best bring out the clear, ethereal nature of Yuu Miyashita's singing. As a result, we decided to keep the tone of the song light but the lyrics express the depressing emotions of everyday life.
The main character of the song is a girl who, whenever she sees something she doesn't like about someone else, she hates them and looks down on them. At the same time, the child also notices that the same things he dislikes about someone else also apply to him, and he starts to self-loathe because of it. The song "Superstition, insignificant" is the story of a child who came to the conclusion that she would rather be an empty person than go in circles of such disgust and have her heart worn out. I sincerely hope that this song will leave something in your heart.
